赵亚凡，女，1994年生，山西临汾人，硕士。2016年毕业于山西农业大学食品科学与工程专业，获得工学学士学位。2020年毕业于渤海大学粮食、油脂及植物蛋白工程专业，研究方向为功能性碳水化合物研究，获得工学硕士学位。
